1. Overview

These terms govern your use of software products (“Plugins”) sold by Big Man Labs (“we”, “us”) through bigman-labs.com. By purchasing or downloading a Plugin, you agree to these terms.

2. License Grant

When you purchase a Plugin, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Plugin on up to five (5) computers that you own or control, for personal or commercial music production purposes.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or modify the Plugin software. You may not share your license key with others or use it on machines you do not own.

3. Trial Period

Some Plugins may include a free trial period. The trial provides full functionality for a limited time. Once the trial expires, a license must be purchased to continue using the Plugin.

4. License Keys & Activation

Each license key is tied to your machine upon activation. If you need to transfer your license to a new machine, contact us at bigman@bigman-labs.com.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the availability of free trial periods, all sales are final. See our full Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All Plugins, including their code, design, and documentation, are the property of Big Man Labs and are protected by copyright law. Your license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

Big Man Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Plugins. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Plugin.

9. Updates

We may release updates to Plugins at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide updates, new features, or ongoing support.

10. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Plugin.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our Plugins after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
