All purchases of Big Man Labs plugins are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Big Man Labs does not process payments or issue refunds directly.

Free Trial

All Big Man Labs plugins include a 14-day free trial with full functionality. We strongly encourage you to use the entire trial period to evaluate the plugin in your DAW, verify system compatibility, and determine whether it meets your needs before purchasing.

Refund Requests

For any refund inquiries, please contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. All refund requests are subject to Paddle's refund policy and must be made within 14 days of purchase.
